I have been licensed full-time Realtor® proudly selling homes South of Boston for the last 14+ years. It has always been my dream and professional goal to be a part of a real estate start-up company in which to position myself to being able to give my clients and customers the very best service possible and to be completely involved in nurturing and building a successful business platform.
Being involved in real estate has been very rewarding to me both professionally and personally. I truly enjoy working with people. I have a very strong background in the customer service field and I strive on a constant basis to excel beyond the expectations of my clients/customers. I am well versed in the sometimes overwhelming issues and procedures of buying and selling a home. For my sellers, I provide guidance, advice, professionalism, and honesty. It is with great pride and attention to detail that I perform my duties as a “seller’s agent”. As a seller’s agent, it is my goal to be able to “realistically” price a home, with precise detail to the current market activity, as well as a complete comparison of like homes in the area. A seller can have peace of mind knowing that I am there for them and their home. I oversee with great efficiency to detail the entire process from listing to conveying.
I am a Certified Buyer’s Agent and working as a “buyer’s agent” is both exciting and challenging to me. I love working with first time home buyers. At 25 years old, I remember how excited, confused and scared that I was, as I searched for a place to call “home” for my family. It is more important than ever to have a qualified agent working in your best interest when considering the overwhelming choices that are available on the open market of today. I take the time to educate my buyers as to the important process and diligently do my job to constantly listen and advise my customers. Patience and honesty are the attributes that have given me the greatest pleasure, as I walk right next to my buyer’s until they find that “perfect” place. I build relationships with my customers, a strong foundation and bond that last for years.
I am also trained as a Senior Specialist with a complete understanding that our “greatest generation” requires a completely different approach of exposure to today’s real estate market. I listen to what their goal is and work with great care to do everything possible in making the process fit each seniors particular needs. Each person has a story and a need to preserve their “nest egg” – I understand this first hand and work diligently to protect and guide this very special class of people.
